THE BASICS

Traditional recruiters charge 5–30% of a hired employee's annual salary, often lakhs per role, and take 2–4 weeks to deliver a shortlist. FindingJo charges a fixed fee per interview you book (starting at ₹2,500 on Yearly plan), with candidates shortlisted in minutes.
No placement fees. No commission on hires.
Any company can post a job. No contract, no credit card, no minimum commitment. Posting is free and unlimited on every plan. You only pay when you book an interview.
Immediately. Sign up, post your job, and our AI starts matching candidates right away. Most employers see matching candidates within minutes and get interviews scheduled within 48 hours of sending an invitation.
PRICING & BILLING
5 questions
All three plans use the same interview-credit system. The difference is the rate per credit. On Demand is ₹2,500 per credit (pay-as-you-go, no commitment). Monthly is ₹2,000 per credit (20% lower). Yearly is ₹1,250 per credit (50% lower). See the pricing section on the homepage for full tier details.
Interview credits are what you spend to book an interview. An interview costs 2 credits on average. Simpler roles may cost less, senior or specialised roles more. The exact credit cost for each candidate is shown upfront before you send the invitation.
Yes. If the candidate rejects your interview invitation, you get a 100% refund of your interview booking credits. You only pay for interviews that actually happen.
No. You pay once, when you book the first interview with a candidate. After that, you can conduct one or a hundred rounds with the same candidate (second interviews, technical rounds, panel rounds) at no additional cost. Credits are charged per candidate, not per interview round.
No. FindingJo never takes a cut of your hired candidate's salary. No placement fees, no hiring commission, no onboarding charges. You only pay to book an interview.
CANDIDATES
4 questions
Candidates sign up on FindingJo, build a full profile, and answer role-specific screening questions. Our AI matches them to your job using skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period, and location. Every profile you see has already passed screening. No resume dumps, no unqualified matches.
Candidates choose to be evaluated on work and credentials, not name or photo. You see their complete anonymized profile upfront: role, experience, education, current employer tier, salary expectations, screening answers. Name and contact details are revealed the moment they accept your interview invitation.
No. Candidates never browse or apply to jobs on FindingJo. The process is invitation-triggered, so your job post is visible only to candidates you've invited.
If you want broader reach, post unlimited jobs on FindingJo for free and share them on LinkedIn, X, or your careers page. Candidates who apply to you directly land in your FindingJo dashboard, and interviewing them costs zero credits.
Yes. If a candidate rejects your invitation, you can re-invite them, typically with a higher pre-interview salary offer, or move on to the next. The rejected candidate's identity is never revealed to you.
THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
3 questions
When you invite a candidate, you share the salary you'd pay if you hire them, at or above their stated expectation. They see this along with your job post and company details before deciding to accept.
This way, candidates know upfront that their salary expectation will be matched if they clear the interviews. It also avoids wasted time interviewing for roles that don't meet their salary expectations.
Most candidates accept or reject within 12–48 hours. If a candidate doesn't respond, you can withdraw the invitation and invite another candidate. Most interviews get scheduled within 48 hours of sending an invitation.
No. FindingJo's role ends once the interview is booked. After the interview, you handle the hiring decision, offer negotiation, and onboarding directly with the candidate. No further fees, commission, or placement charges.
FRACTIONAL RECRUITERS
2 questions
Fractional Recruiters are human sourcing specialists who hunt, outreach, screen, and deliver up to 10 pre-qualified candidates per week for a job post. Use them for niche skills or hard-to-fill roles where AI output alone isn't enough. Flag a job for human augmentation from your dashboard to start.
Fractional recruiter support uses sourcing credits, which are included in every Monthly and Yearly bundle. The number of sourcing credits scales with your interview credit bundle size. See the pricing section for exact allotments per bundle. There's no commission or placement fee on candidates they source. Just sourcing credits.
